Where does Tilsit cheese come from?

from Netherlands
from Poland
from Czech Republic
from East Prussia
Cheese comes from the city of Tylża (today Sowieck). The city belonged to East Prussia when it was famous for cheese manufactured by the Swiss family. Despite the use of the Emmental Recipe, other bacteria cause the cheese holes to be small and irregular.
