Presidents of US questions

The Nimitz-class supercarriers are a class of ten nuclear-powered aircraft carriers in service with the United States Navy. The first unit are named after Admiral Chester W. Nimitz. All following carriers were named after politicians. These are Eisenhower, Roosevelt, Lincoln, Ford, Washington, Truman, Reagan, Bush, and Kennedy. Nixon is not among them.

Hinckley became obsessed with the 1976 film Taxi Driver, in which a disturbed protagonist plots to assassinate a presidential candidate. Failing to develop any meaningful contact with Jodie Foster, who played a child prostitute in the film, Hinckley developed a plot to assassinate the president to get her attention.

These were Abraham Lincoln, James A. Garfield, William McKinley and John F. Kennedy. In addition to that, the death of Warren G. Harding is rumored to be an effect of poisoning.
