Mahjong is a tile-based game developed in China during the Qing dynasty, and has spread throughout the world since the early 20th century. A set of Mahjong tiles usually has at least 136 tiles (most commonly 144). Although, sets originating from the United States or Southeast Asia will probably have more. Mahjong tiles are split into 3 categories: Suits, Honors, and Bonuses.
