Radamer has been produced since 1991 in Radzyń Podlaski. It was created by accident, as a result of mixing up a bacterial vaccine. The resulting cheese resembles Mazdamer in taste and large holes, hence the idea for the name.

Radamer produkowany jest od 1991 roku w Radzyniu Podlaskim. Powstał przez przypadek, na skutek pomylenia szczepionki bateryjnej. Otrzymany ser smakiem i dużymi dziurami przypomina Mazdamer, stąd pomysł na nazwę.
