The Region of Murcia is an autonomous community of Spain located in the southeast of the state, between Andalusia and Valencian Community, on the Mediterranean coast.Despite the famous seaside resorts, the overall region is relatively unknown even within Spain, so it continues to be relatively unspoilt compared to other more overcrowded areas of the Spanish Mediterranean coast.

Murcja, Region Murcji (hiszp. Murcia, Región de Murcia) – nadmorska wspólnota autonomiczna, prowincja i region historyczny w południowo-wschodniej Hiszpanii. Murcja była pierwszą krainą na Półwyspie Iberyjskim zajętą przez Kartagińczyków, którzy założyli tu Nową Kartaginę. Stolicą prowincji jest miasto Murcja, ze znanym zabytkiem eklektyzmu - wielostylowym Kasynem (dawniej klub dla elit miejskich - obecnie udostępnione do zwiedzania).
