A supercavitating torpedo is a torpedo using the effect of supercavitation to create a bubble around the torpedo to move at high velocity under water; up to 370 km / h. The disadvantage of such torpedoes is its exceptionally loud work and difficult maneuvering. Current applications of cavitation effects are mainly limited to projectiles or fast supercavitating torpedoes, and some propellers, but in principle the technique could be extended to include entire vehicles.
