Where does Polka dance come from?

Poland
Bohemia

Although the dance did not originate in Poland, the Oxford Etymological Dictionary states that its name is derived from the Czech polka meaning "Polish woman". Until 2009, there was polka category at the Grammy Awards, it was eliminated as the genre got less and less popular.
