Where was sacred prostitution never practiced?

Greece

Egypt
Sacred prostitution is the term for a sexual ritual consisting of sexual intercourse or other sexual activity performed in the context of religious worship, perhaps as a form of fertility rite or divine marriage. It existed, among others, in Ancient Greece, Ancient Rome, Babylon, South and East Asia and Mesoamerica, but never in Egypt. The Egyptians considered sex in or anywhere near a sacred place as a desecration.
