Neottia cordata, lesser twayblade or heartleaf twayblade is an orchid of upland bogs and mires that rarely exceeds 15 cm in height.The small flowers are purple-green in colour with a somewhat swollen calyx. It has a circumpolar distribution being found in Europe, Asia, Greenland and large parts of North America.

Gnieźnik sercowaty – gatunek rośliny należący do rodziny storczykowatych (Orchidaceae) ma zasięg cyrkumpolarny i jest jednym z nielicznych storczyków rosnących w strefie podbiegunowej, w tundrze (występuje m.in. na Islandii i Grenlandii). Nazwa pochodzi od łac. słowa cor znaczącego serce i używane jest z powodu kształtu liści.
