Where is the Island of the Dolls located?

Isla de las Muñecas, or the Island of the Dolls, is the best known floating garden in Xochimilco borough of Mexico City. According to the legend, its former owner discovered a drowned body of a little girl along with a floating doll nearby, which he hung from a tree as a sign of respect. After this, he began to hear whispers, footsteps, and wails so he started to hang more and more dolls in an attempt to appease the drowned girl's spirit.
