The White Tower of Thessaloniki is a monument and a museum on the waterfront of the city of Thessaloniki, the capital of the region of Macedonia in northern Greece. The present tower replaced an old Byzantine fortification, known to have been mentioned around the 12th century, that the Ottoman Empire reconstructed to fortify the city's harbour sometime after Sultan Murad II captured Thessaloniki in 1430.

Biała Wieża w Salonikach powstała w czasach gdy miasto znajdowało się pod kontrolą Imperium Osmańskiego. Początkowo była elementem fortyfikacji miejskiej oraz więzieniem. W 1912 roku przemalowano ją na kolor biały jako symbol oczyszczenia podczas wojny bałkańskiej i choć teraz jest brązowa, to nazwa Biała Wieża pozostała do dziś. Aktualnie znajduje się w niej Muzeum Kultury Bizantyńskiej, a wieża uważana jest powszechnie za symbol miasta.

Seit seiner Errichtung im 15. bzw. 16. Jahrhundert diente der Weiße Turm als Befestigungsanlage, Garnison, Gefängnis und Museum in der Stadt Thessaloniki. Heute hat der Turm eine gräuliche Farbe – seinen Namen „Weißer Turm“ hat er unverändert seit 1912 beibehalten. Der Turm beherbergt eine Ausstellung des Museums für Byzantinische Kultur zur Geschichte Thessalonikis und ist eine der Touristenattraktionen der Stadt.
