Why VK4501P (Porsche) lost the heavy tank manufuctere contract to VK4501H (Henschel) ?

the hull was too weak
defective engine and bad mobility
the armor was too thin
the costs of production were too high
In July 1942 both tanks were put to tests. Porsche turned out to be a complete failure with its defective engine and bad mobility. Henschel on the other hand turned out very good in tests and was approved for manufacture.
