Sweet granadilla is native to the Andes Mountains. The fruit is round shaped, orange to yellow colored with small light markings. Its edible part is the pulp, which has a soft sweet taste. It is very aromatic and contains vitamins A, C, and K, phosphorus, iron, and calcium.
