The Möbius strip is a surface with only one side and only one boundary component (edge). A line drawn starting from the seam down the middle will meet back at the seam but at the "other side". If continued the line will meet the starting point and will be double the length of the original strip.

Wstęga Möbiusa ma tylko jedną stronę i tylko jedną krawędź. Podróżując wzdłuż krawędzi wstęgi, dotrzemy do miejsca odpowiadającemu punktowi startowemu, ale "po drugiej stronie". Kontynuując podróż dalej, dotrzemy znowu do punktu startowego.

Ein Möbiusband ist eine Fläche, die nur eine Kante und eine Seite hat. Sie ist nicht orientierbar, das heißt, man kann nicht zwischen unten und oben oder zwischen innen und außen unterscheiden.
