One. Of the 27 ratified amendments to Constitution of the USA, only one has been repealed. This was the 18th amendment of 1917 that had introduced the American prohibition. It was repealed in 1933.

Israel. The State of Israel has an unwritten constitution. Instead of a formal written constitution, and in accordance with the Harari Decision (החלטת הררי) of 13 June 1950 adopted during the Israeli Constituent Assembly, the State of Israel has enacted several Basic Laws of Israel dealing with the government arrangements and with human rights. The Israeli Supreme Court President Aharon Barak ruled that the Basic Laws should be considered the state's constitution, and that became the common approach throughout his tenure (1995-2006).

A minimum of 35 years old. In setting the minimum age of 35 for serving as president, compared to 30 for senators and 25 for representatives, the framers of the Constitution implemented their belief that the person holding the nation’s highest elected office should be a person of maturity and experience.

Lewes was the first settlement in Delaware, being founded as a Dutch whaling and trading post in 1631. With Delaware being the first U.S. state to ratify the Constitution, Lewes is the first town in the first state.
