In which country do the people of Seth live?

People appearing in the south-east of Estonia. The ancient ethnic group, which has a distinct culture, language and other beliefs, was also able to preserve its traditions, even though it was torn out of Estonia and incorporated into the USSR. The name of the group is most likely from the Estonian language, from the phrase "ei see, ei too" ("ni ni, sio"), which meant "neither an Estonian nor a Russian".
