Soil. The Caterpillar 797F is an off-highway, ultra class, two-axle, mechanical powertrain haul truck developed and manufactured by Caterpillar Inc. in the United States specifically for high production mining and heavy-duty construction applications worldwide. The 797F is the third, current generation model of the 797 series and is Caterpillar's largest, highest payload capacity haul truck.

Kazakhstan is the largest producer of uranium in the world - as much as 37% of global extraction.

Copper ore. Chuquicamata, one of the largest open pit copper mines and the second deepest open-pit mine in the world, is located 1,650km north of Santiago, Chile.

Mexico. Of the 10 largest silver mines in the world, three are located in Mexico and three in Poland. The remaining four are in China, Peru, Bolivia and Turkey.

South africa. Mponeng, the world's deepest gold mine, is located in Carletonville, South Africa, about 65 kilometers west of Johannesburg. Owned and operated by Harmony Gold Mining Company Limited, it produces an average of 420,000 ounces of gold per year.
